Shipping policy

We ship all orders by Canada Post usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your order and often within 1 day of ordering (unless stated otherwise).  We will let you know of any unseen delays in your order as soon as we can.  All orders will receive automatic package tracking within Canada. Once an item leaves Canada tracking will no longer be available.  We regretfully cannot be responsible for missing packages when your address information has been incorrectly provided or for packages damaged in transport (including those affected by temperature).
